The Plainview Emerging Growth Fund (“PEGF”) is structured to harness the long-term structural growth of India, the world’s most populous democracy and one of the fastest-growing major economies. With GDP projected to expand at 6.5 percent in 2025² and a rising middle-class consumer base anticipated to exceed 500 million individuals by 2030³, India presents a compelling investment landscape underpinned by sustained domestic demand, rapid digitization, and expanding infrastructure.
The portfolio emphasizes small- and mid-cap issuers positioned for outsized earnings growth, complemented by select large-cap allocations for liquidity and diversification, targeting companies in financial services, consumer products, technology, industrials, and healthcare that are poised to disproportionately benefit from India’s demographic and economic trajectory. Since inception, the Fund has employed a systematic currency overlay program incorporating options-based hedging strategies to manage INR/USD exchange rate volatility while maintaining full exposure to the Indian growth story. The investment process is underpinned by bottom-up security selection, top-down macroeconomic analysis, and disciplined risk management, with the objective of generating risk-adjusted long-term capital appreciation for U.S. accredited investors.
Participation in the Fund is restricted to U.S. persons who satisfy the definition of an “accredited investor” under Rule 501(a) of Regulation D and who receive and execute the Fund’s confidential private placement memorandum, limited partnership agreement, and related subscription documents. No information herein constitutes an offer to sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Returns are calculated in U.S. dollars by the Fund’s independent administrator, NAV Consulting, Inc., and are presented net of management fees, accrued performance allocations (where applicable), and fund-level expenses reflected in the Fund’s net asset value, excluding taxes and investor-specific costs. The Monthly Time-Weighted Rate of Return (TWRR) represents the Fund’s performance for the stated calendar month, independent of cash flows. Inception-to-date (ITD) annualized performance represents the geometric annualized rate of return calculated from inception, May 1, 2025, through the applicable reporting period and may be based on a limited operating history. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
